1-2 Persons:
€65,- per night
€400,- per week (7 nights)

3-4 Persons:
€90,- per night
€550,- per week (7 nights)

Special prices for longer stays
or during the EM 2008 on request.

All prices are including all fees.

We require a pre-payment of 30% of the price for a confirmed reservation.
The remaining price and a deposit of €40,- has to be paid at the hand-over of keys.

A refund of the pre-payment only until one month before the arrival date, afterwards the payment will retain.

Services:

Airport shuttle:
- from the Vienna Airport "Schwechat" for a fee of €30,-
- or from Letisko Bratislava
for a fee of €50,-
and after prior consultation.

But the extraordinary of this offer is that we catch you with a Mercedes Benz 230/8, year of manufacture is 1972. Please send us an Email if you like to be brought into your holidays domicile with this old timer.

Parking:
Short-term park zone: 9h - 22h
Costs: €1,20/h
Close to the dwelling there is a gas station, where parking lots can be rented daily or weekly (€7,-/Day).

Bicycle:
Vienna is to be discovered well with bicycles. On the one hand you can use the Citybikes, a service of the city Vienna, which can be taken with cash- or credit card hourly. On the other hand there are the usual bicycle rental businesses, where you can rent bikes for any length of time.
